If you prefer a more flowy fit or are between sizes, we recommend size up. The adjustable waistband means you can always cinch it in.

Inner short: 75%Nylon, 25% Elastane
Outer short: 88%Nylon, 12% Elastane

Wash cool and turn me inside out.
Leave me out to air dry.
Do not tumble dry or use any bleaching agents (including products like Vanish Whites).
