Want to help shape the future of Chica?

"The Chicas" is a a small, applications-only group of women who don't just wear Chica, they help build it. You'll see fits before they ever hit production, get first dibs on new drops, sit in on focus groups, and get invited to shoots.

Frequently asked questions

What's the time commitment?

Not huge. We're asking for 2 pieces of UGC a month, honest feedback when we ask for it, and showing up to fit sessions/shoots/focus groups when your schedule allows. It's designed to fit around your life, not take it over

Do I need to already own Chica products?

No. We know stock has been hard to get hold of, so we're not expecting you to already own a wardrobe of Chica. What matters is genuine interest in what we're building, not what's currently in your cupboard.

Do I need to be a certain size or shape?

No. This opportunity is open to all sizes and body types, that's the point. Your honest fit feedback across different bodies is exactly what makes this valuable.

Do I need to be a serious/competitive runner?

No. This is about genuine interest in running and fitness, not pace times or race medals.

Where do I need to be based?

UK-based only for now, and you'll need to be able to travel to London fairly easily, since fit sessions, shoots, and focus groups are based there.

Is this paid?

This is primarily a community role. You'll get free Chica goodies, early access to drops, invites to shoots and fit sessions, and a direct line to shaping the brand. Full perks are listed in the application.

How many people are you selecting?

We're likely looking at 10–15 chicas for this round.

When will I hear back?

Applications for this round close 2nd October. If you're selected, we'll be in touch the following week with a personal invite.

What if I'm not selected this time?

We'll likely be opening applications again in future rounds.

Do I need to be on Instagram/TikTok?

Yes. We ask for your socials because part of being a chica is creating UGC and engaging with the community, so we need to see that you're active and comfortable on social media. It doesn't need to be a huge following, just proof you post and understand the space.
